Through authentic relationships, I help both casual and competitive athletes integrate sustainable, sport-specific nutrition strategies to best support their unique goals.
Having worked with nationally and internationally ranked athletes, I am passionate about helping them fuel for performance while also developing sustainable nutrition habits. By simplifying nutrition and eliminating confusion around food, I empower athletes to make informed choices.
