Hi, I’m Katie!

I am a Sports Nutritionist specializing working with Olympic weightlifters, Crossfit athletes and team sport competitors. As a lifelong athlete myself, I believe that nutrition is an essential component to athletic success. Through authentic relationships, I help both casual and competitive athletes integrate sustainable, sport specific nutrition strategies to best support their unique goals.

My approach is built on the cornerstone of flexibility, recognizing that no two athletes are alike. Having worked with nationally and internationally ranked athletes, I am passionate about simplifying nutrition and propelling individuals forward in their athletic pursuits.
