Performance

Who is It For

  • For serious, competitive athletes training in Olympic weightlifting, Crossfit or power-based sports.

  • This is a detailed, in depth practice where we dive into nutritional periodization to best support your training, performance and recovery.

We focus on specific nutrient targets, building daily habits, pre/intra/post workout nutrition, hydration and sleep hygiene.

What's Included

  • You’ll receive personalized caloric, macronutrient and micronutrient goals, tailored to your training cycle, performance goals, and weight-class targets.

  • Weekly check ins providing in depth analysis of nutrition, hydration, sleep, recovery and supplement practices.

  • Sport specific approach to fueling, adjustments made for competition dates and on/off season goals.

  • Unlimited direct messaging and support.

  • Option to add Zoom calls for an additional fee.

  • $175/month.

    After 6 months, $150/month

    Are you a coach or gym owner interested in partnering? Get exclusive pricing for your athletes here.

    • No contract, all of our programs are month to month.

    • Most of our performance athletes work with Katie from 6-12 months.

    Feel free to swap to Off Season as needed.

Core

Who is It For

  • Anyone looking to improve their health, have more energy and step away from restrictive diet cycles.

  • A great option for athletes new to training or for more casual athletes who are not looking to compete in the near future.

We focus on sustainable nutrition habits that will bring you towards your lifestyle or aesthetic goals through a hybrid macro-intuitive eating approach.

What's Included

  • 1:1 support, education and feedback from Katie.

  • Personalized caloric and nutrient targets tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle. Option to utilize traditional macro tracking, visual food journal or habits based. You will discuss this with Katie beforehand.

  • Weekly check-ins, daily habit goals, and ability to track your progress through our app. Direct messaging through the app.

  • Option to add Zoom calls for an additional fee.

    • We will start off by learning about macronutrients and then transition to mindful eating practices.

    • The goal is to practice nutritional flexibility and freedom. We don’t want you to be tied to a food scale or calorie app forever.

    Learn to be your own nutrition coach and recognize what your body needs!

  • $145/month.

    After 6 months, $125/month.

  • All of our programs are month to month!

    With that being said, most Core Nutrition athletes work with Katie for about 4-12 months. It all depends on your goals and level of support desired!

Off Season

Who is It For

  • Athletes looking for longterm accountability and a bit less support.

  • This is a much more time (and budget) friendly option for athletes in off-season, those in maintenance or without scheduled meets in the near future.

  • Many athletes will switch from Performance to Off Season depending on their training schedule.

What's Included

  • You will receive personalized caloric and nutrient targets with plenty of flexibility. Option to utilize visual food logs or habits based approach.

  • Check-ins are less time dependent and more concise than Core or Performance Nutrition.

  • All access to our app with recipes, resources and more!

  • Messaging with Katie only on your set check-in day.

  • $65/month for bi-weekly check-ins.

    $75/month for weekly check-ins.

  • There is no long term contract, all of our programs are month to month!

    Many of our performance athletes switch between Performance Nutrition and Off Season when more flexibility is desired.

One Time Custom Macro Targets

Who is It For

  • Athletes who want precise, professional macro targets without ongoing coaching.

  • Individuals looking to fuel training, support body composition goals, or improve recovery without the guesswork.

What’s included

  • Custom macronutrient targets tailored to your specific goals, activity level, and lifestyle.

  • Access to “Everything You Need to Know About Macros”—a comprehensive resource to help you understand and apply your macro targets effectively.

  • Personalized tips & strategies based on your training demands, recovery needs, and dietary preferences.

  • Sport-specific supplementation recommendations to support energy, recovery, and overall performance based on your goals.
