    Hi, I’m Katie!

    As a lifelong athlete, I believe that nutrition is an essential component of athletic success and essential for quality of life. Through authentic relationships, I help both casual and competitive athletes integrate sustainable, sport-specific nutrition strategies to best support their unique goals.

    Having worked with nationally and internationally ranked athletes, I am passionate about helping them fuel for performance while also developing sustainable nutrition habits. By simplifying nutrition and eliminating confusion around food, I empower athletes to make informed choices.

    My approach combines intuitive eating with sport-specific guidance, helping athletes build lasting habits that support both their training and daily life—so they can perform at their best, no matter the season.
