Core Nutrition

  • $125/month.

  • Anyone looking to improve their health, have more energy and step away from restrictive diet cycles.

    We focus on sustainable nutrition habits that will bring you towards your lifestyle or aesthetic goals.

    A great option for athletes new to training or for more casual athletes who are not looking to compete in the near future.

  • We will start off by learning about macronutrients and then transition to mindful eating practices.

    The goal is to practice nutritional flexibility and freedom. We don’t want you to be tied to a food scale or calorie app forever.

    Learn to be your own nutrition coach and recognize what your body needs!

  • Support, education and feedback from Katie, an Accredited Sports Nutritionist.

    Personalized caloric and nutrient targets tailored to your specific goals and lifestyle.

    Weekly check-ins, daily habit goals, and ability to track your progress through our app.

    Once a month 30 minute Zoom call available if desired.

    Direct communication and messaging with Katie all throughout the week.

  • All of our programs are month to month!

    With that being said, most Core Nutrition athletes work with Katie for about 4-12 months.

    It all depends on your goals and level of support desired!

Performance Nutrition

  • $165/month.

    After 4 months, $145/month

  • For serious, competitive athletes training in Powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting or Crossfit.

    This is a detailed, in depth practice where we dive into nutritional periodization to best support your training, performance and recovery.

    We focus on specific nutrient targets, building daily habits, pre/intra/post workout nutrition, hydration and sleep hygiene.

  • You’ll be working 1:1 with Katie, an Accredited Sports Nutritionist.

    You’ll receive personalized caloric and macro goals, tailored to your training cycle, performance goals, and weight-class targets.

    Weekly check ins providing in depth analysis of nutrition, hydration, sleep, recovery practices.

    Once a month 30 minute Zoom call available if desired.

    Sport specific approach to fueling, adjustments made for competition dates and on/off season goals.

    Specific supplement and hydration recommendations.

    Unlimited messaging and communication with Katie through our app.

  • Low risk, weight-making strategies allowing for injury free & high performance meets.

    BEFORE COMPETITION

    Trial run of weight-making strategies before you compete to ensure your performance is not impacted.

    THE WEEK OF

    A detailed plan based off your food preferences and weight-class goals. This will include recommendations for snacks before, in between, and after lifts.

    If traveling for competition, grocery, restaurant and meal recommendations for the local and region.

    THE DAY OF

    Text support from Katie, including day of nutritional or hydration adjustments to make weight.

    Please reach out at-least 3 months before your scheduled competition.

  • Week of and competition day fueling strategies tailored to specific WODs (when they are released ahead of time).

    If traveling for competition, grocery, restaurant and meal recommendations for the locale and region.

  • No contract, all of our programs are month to month.

    Most of our performance athletes work with Katie from 6-12 months.

    Feel free to swap to Off Season as needed.

Off Season

  • $60/month for bi-weekly check-ins.

    $70/month for weekly check-ins.

  • Athletes looking for longterm accountability and a bit less support.

    This is a much more time (and budget) friendly option for athletes in off-season, those in maintenance or without scheduled meets in the near future.

    Many athletes will switch from Performance to Off Season depending on their training schedule.

  • You’ll be working 1:1 with Katie, an Accredited Sports Nutritionist.

    You will receive personalized caloric and nutrient targets with plenty of flexibility.

    Check-ins are less time dependent and more concise than Core or Performance Nutrition.

    All access to our app!

  • There is no long term contract, all of our programs are month to month!

    Many of our performance athletes switch between Performance Nutrition and Off Season when more flexibility is desired.
