Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 1 large high-protein wrap (Mission Carb Balance, Protein Up, or similar)

  • 4 oz rotisserie-style chicken, shredded

  • 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce or greens of your choice

  • 2 tbsp light Caesar dressing (Bolthouse Farms, Primal Kitchen, or homemade)

  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • 5-6 croutons

  • Fresh black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss the chicken, romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan until well coated.

  • Lay the wrap flat and evenly spread the chicken Caesar mixture in the center.

  • Sprinkle with croutons, and add black pepper to taste.

  • Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
