Ingredients
Serves 1
1 large high-protein wrap (Mission Carb Balance, Protein Up, or similar)
4 oz rotisserie-style chicken, shredded
1 cup chopped romaine lettuce or greens of your choice
2 tbsp light Caesar dressing (Bolthouse Farms, Primal Kitchen, or homemade)
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
5-6 croutons
Fresh black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a bowl, toss the chicken, romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan until well coated.
Lay the wrap flat and evenly spread the chicken Caesar mixture in the center.
Sprinkle with croutons, and add black pepper to taste.
Fold the sides in, then roll tightly from the bottom up.
Slice in half and enjoy! Or wrap in foil to enjoy later.
