The ultimate 2 ingredient dessert!

this Chocolate Pudding combines creamy Greek yogurt with pudding mix to deliver a delicious, macro-friendly treat.

With 20g of protein and only 175 calories, this is a perfect, high-protein, low-calorie treat for athletes in a caloric deficit or those cutting weight for Olympic weightlifting.

Ingredients

  • 250g 2% Greek yogurt (I personally prefer the taste of Fage over others)

  • 8g (1 tbsp.) sugar-free chocolate pudding mix

That’s it, top with whatever you are in the mood for!

Other flavor combinations to try:

  • Greek yogurt + chocolate pudding mix + peanut butter + dark chocolate chips or raisins

  • Vanilla greek yogurt + Cheesecake pudding mix + raspberries

  • Greek yogurt + Butterscotch pudding mix + maple syrup

  • Greek yogurt + Lemon pudding mix + blueberries + sprinkle of lemon zest

  • Greek yogurt + Vanilla pudding mix + sliced strawberries + dash of cinnamon + dark chocolate shavings or dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix Ingredients: In a small bowl, combine the 250g of 2% Fage Greek yogurt with the pudding mix.

  • Stir Well: Mix until the pudding mix is fully incorporated into the yogurt, creating a smooth mixture.

  • Chill (Optional): For an extra creamy texture, you can refrigerate the mixture for 15-20 minutes before serving.

  • Serve and Enjoy: Add on what you would like and enjoy!
