These watermelon popsicles are perfect for a hot day and are a great way to stay hydrated.

Made with just a few simple ingredients, these popsicles are perfectly refreshing - a healthy and delicious way to stay hydrated all summer long.

These homemade watermelon popsicles are a healthy treat that both parents and kids can enjoy.

Made with fresh watermelon, a touch of lime juice, and optional natural sweeteners, these popsicles are packed with hydration and essential nutrients.

They are the perfect way to satisfy your sweet tooth while keeping the whole family cool and refreshed on hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon (about 600g)

  • 1 tbsp. honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • 2 tbsp. lime juice (juice of 1 lime)

  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Prepare the Watermelon: Cut your watermelon however you prefer - just make sure to remove the rind from it. Cut into large chunks or cubes.

  • Blend: Place the watermelon cubes in a blender. Add the honey or agave syrup if using, and the lime juice. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a little water to help with blending.

  • Pour into Molds: Pour the blended watermelon mixture into popsicle molds. If you don't have popsicle molds, you can use small paper cups and popsicle sticks. (I like these ones off Amazon.)

  • Insert Sticks: If your popsicle molds do not have built-in sticks, cover the molds with aluminum foil and poke the popsicle sticks through the foil into the center of each mold. The foil will help hold the sticks in place.

  • Freeze: Place the molds in the freezer and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely frozen.

  • Unmold and Enjoy: To release the popsicles from the molds, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.

  • Enjoy your refreshing homemade watermelon popsicles!
