Cinnamon Apple Green Smoothie

This is a delicious, high protein smoothie that tastes like a dessert!

trust me, you can’t taste the spinach at all!

Double or triple the recipe to have on hand for the whole week.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup apples, chopped

  • 2 handfuls spinach

  • 2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (we used Orgain Vanilla Protein)

  • 1 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt

  • 4 tbsp. oats

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1/8-1/4 tsp. sea salt

  • 2 handfuls of ice cubes

Directions

  • Chop up your apples.

  • Add all your ingredients to a high power blender and enjoy!
