Cinnamon Apple Green Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup apples, chopped
2 handfuls spinach
2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (we used Orgain Vanilla Protein)
1 cup milk
1/2 cup greek yogurt
4 tbsp. oats
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8-1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 handfuls of ice cubes
Directions
Chop up your apples.
Add all your ingredients to a high power blender and enjoy!
