Loaded Bacon Turkey Avocado Bagel

With 30 grams of protein, this is an excellent meal post-training!

Customize is how you like depending on your energy needs and personal preferences.

Ingredients:

  • 1 bagel

  • 4 oz. sliced turkey breast

  • 2 slices cooked bacon

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • 1/2 cup lettuce (or greens of your choice)

  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Optional add ons:

  • 1 tbsp. mayonaise

  • Sliced cheese

Directions:

  • Cook bacon according to package instructions.

  • When bacon is cooked, place bagel in a toaster oven.

  • Top bagel with toppings and enjoy!
