Microwavable Brownie

Ready in less than 5 minutes with pantry staples you have on hand!

A delicious dessert or afternoon pick me up.

pairs well with greek yogurt + strawberries!

Ingredients:

  • 11 grams / 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Cocoa powder

  • 30 grams / 3 Tbsp flour

  • 30 grams / 2 Tbsp sugar

  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

  • 1/8 tsp salt

  • 20 grams / peanut butter *or nut butter of your choice

  • 50 grams / 3 Tbsp milk of choice

  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

Directions:

In a microwavable coffee mug or small bowl, mix all the ingredients well.

Microwave for 1 minute.

If the brownie has not set yet, microwave for 10 second increments and check each time until it’s cooked to desired consistency.

Let it cool, it will be hot!

Enjoy as it or pair it with your favorite brownie toppings.
