Greek yogurt protein bowl
Ingredients:
250g 2% plain greek yogurt (we prefer the brand Fage)
5g peanut butter
14g dark chocolate chips
50g blueberries
Optional toppings: honey, maple syrup, granola
Directions:
Add toppings to greek yogurt.
Optional, microwave the dark chocolate chips and peanut butter and drizzle over the greek yogurt.
Enjoy as a breakfast, post workout or afternoon snack.
