Greek yogurt is a high protein staple that’s easily customized based off what you have on hand.

Ingredients:

  • 250g 2% plain greek yogurt (we prefer the brand Fage)

  • 5g peanut butter

  • 14g dark chocolate chips

  • 50g blueberries

  • Optional toppings: honey, maple syrup, granola

Directions:

  • Add toppings to greek yogurt.

  • Optional, microwave the dark chocolate chips and peanut butter and drizzle over the greek yogurt.

  • Enjoy as a breakfast, post workout or afternoon snack.

  • Customize as you like!
