Mint Chocolate Chip Protein Bites

A power packed snack with refreshing mint and bursts of chocolate chips.

These Mint Chocolate Chip bites are a satisfying snack to support your active lifestyle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (90g) rolled oats

  • 1/2 cup (60g) mint chocolate chip protein powder; we used Swolverine

  • 1/4 cup (60g) almond or peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup (85g) honey

  • 1/4 cup (45g) mini dark chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 2-3 tbsp. water, as needed

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend the rolled oats until they form a coarse flour-like consistency.

  • Add the mint chocolate chip protein powder, almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the food processor. Blend until well combined.

  • If the mixture seems too dry, add water, one tablespoon at a time, until a thick dough forms.

  • Transfer the mixture to a bowl and fold in the mini dark chocolate chips.

  • Using your hands, rolls the dough into 12 balls.

  • Enjoy right away or store in an air tight container up to 1 week.

  • Optional, drizzle with sea salt or shredded coconut.
