No Bake Peanut Butter Cookies

Medjool dates naturally sweeten these cookies!

A delicious dessert, afternoon pick me up, or post-workout snack.

No cooking required.

Ingredients:

  • 140g Medjool dates (about 10-11 large, seeds removed)

  • 50g Old fashioned oats

  • 50g Peanut butter

  • 50g Dark chocolate chips

  • 2 scoops Vanilla protein powder (we used Orgain Vanilla Bean)

  • 2 oz. milk of choice (we used oat)

Directions:

Using a food processor or high speed blender, first blend dates. Pulse until a large ball of paste forms.

Add in each ingredient, blending 30 seconds after each addition. Add milk.

Scoop out 50g and roll into balls. Using your hand, a spatula, or any flat surface, lightly smash into a cookie shape.

Eat as is!

Store in the freezer or the fridge.
