Butterscotch Protein Oats
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (50g) old fashioned oats
1 serving vanilla protein powder (we used Orgain Vanilla)
1 tbsp. (14g) butterscotch baking chips
Toppings : drizzle of peanut butter, banana, more butterscotch!
Directions:
Add oats to a microwave safe bowl. Add 1-1.5 cup water. (How much water you add is dependent on how you like your oats. If you like them creamy, add less water.)
Microwave for 1:30. This will depend on your microwave strength.
Stir in protein powder, butterscotch chips. You may need to add more water if you have a thicker protein powder.
Add additional desired toppings and enjoy!
