Butterscotch Protein Oats

It doesn’t get much better than butterscotch in the morning.

Ready in 2 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup (50g) old fashioned oats

  • 1 serving vanilla protein powder (we used Orgain Vanilla)

  • 1 tbsp. (14g) butterscotch baking chips

  • Toppings : drizzle of peanut butter, banana, more butterscotch!

Directions:

  • Add oats to a microwave safe bowl. Add 1-1.5 cup water. (How much water you add is dependent on how you like your oats. If you like them creamy, add less water.)

  • Microwave for 1:30. This will depend on your microwave strength.

  • Stir in protein powder, butterscotch chips. You may need to add more water if you have a thicker protein powder.

  • Add additional desired toppings and enjoy!
