Easy Protein Brownie Bites
Ingredients
1/2 cup peanut butter (128 grams)
1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (around 50 grams), we used Orgain
1/4 cup milk of choice
1 tbsp. maple syrup
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbsp. cocoa powder
Generous pinch of sea salt
2 tbsp. chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir the mixture until well combined.
*Optional to whisk the protein powder, cocoa powder and salt separately before adding to the peanut butter mixture.
Or, just add them all right away. Stir well to ensure even mixing. The result will be a thick, fudgy batter.
Once the batter is well-mixed, add in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout.
Scoop out tablespoon size portions of the mixture and roll them into 12 evenly-sized balls.
Enjoy as a snack right away or store in the fridge in an airtight container. These can also be frozen and eaten later!
