The perfect mid-day snack or evening treat for chocolate lovers.

8 grams of protein with each delicious serving! no cooking needed, ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (128 grams)

  • 1/2 cup chocolate protein powder (around 50 grams), we used Orgain

  • 1/4 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp. maple syrup

  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 3 tbsp. cocoa powder

  • Generous pinch of sea salt

  • 2 tbsp. chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir the mixture until well combined.

  • *Optional to whisk the protein powder, cocoa powder and salt separately before adding to the peanut butter mixture.

  • Or, just add them all right away. Stir well to ensure even mixing. The result will be a thick, fudgy batter.

  • Once the batter is well-mixed, add in the chocolate chips until evenly distributed throughout.

  • Scoop out tablespoon size portions of the mixture and roll them into 12 evenly-sized balls.

  • Enjoy as a snack right away or store in the fridge in an airtight container. These can also be frozen and eaten later!
