Chocolate Strawberries, 3 ways!

Dark Chocolate Protein Dipped Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

  • 100g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)

  • 1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder

  • Optional: Crushed nuts or seeds for coating

Directions:

  • Rinse and pat dry the strawberries.

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval.

  • Stir in the chocolate whey protein powder until smooth.

  • Dip each strawberry into the chocolate mixture, ensuring even coating.

  • Optional, roll the chocolate-dipped strawberry in crushed nuts or seeds.

  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

Ingredients:

  • 300g fresh strawberries

  • 250g Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

  • 30g honey

Instructions:

  • Rinse and pat dry the strawberries.

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval.

  • In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt with honey.

  • Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, then into the Greek yogurt mixture.

  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

Instructions:

  • Melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval.

  • Spread almond butter on one side of each strawberry.

  • Dip each almond butter-covered strawberry into the melted chocolate.

  • Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

**This could also work great with peanut butter or nutella!
