Grilled Steak Kebabs

Grilled kebabs are one of the easiest meals ever.

Chop, marinate, grill - eat!

Double or triple the recipe for easy leftovers.

Serve with your choice of sides.

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Petite sirloin steak, cubed (or cut into your preferred bite sizes)

  • 3-4 bell peppers, sliced

  • 1 large red onion, sliced

For the Marinade:

  • 4 tbsp. red wine vinegar

  • 4 tbsp. olive oil

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/4 tsp thyme, dried

  • 1/4 tsp oregano

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  • In a small bowl, whisk the marinade ingredients. Place your cut steak into a gallon size ziploc bag, pour marinade over. Slightly massage to make sure the marinade completely covers the steak. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes to 4 hours. The longer you marinate the steak, the richer the flavor!

  • When you are finished marinading, preheat your grill to 350. While the grill heats up, arrange your skewers with vegetables and meat.

  • When your grill is heated, place the skewers on there for 4 minutes. Turn, grill for 3 minutes. Repeat this until all sides have been grilled and the meat is cooked to your liking.

We served this with rice pilaf and roasted potatoes. Feel free to pair this whatever you have on hand!
