Frozen banana is the game changer in creating the thick, creamy base.

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana, sliced

  • 1 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1 serving chocolate protein powder

Add-Ins and Toppings:

  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats (not cooked)

  • For more sweetness, blend 2-3 Medjool dates or small handful of raisins with the banana.

  • Top with fresh strawberries.

Directions:

In a food processor or high speed blender, pulse the frozen banana until broken into small pieces.

Add in the rest of ingredients & desired toppings. Blend until well combined and desired consistency is achieved.

Depending on the ratio of ingredients and power of your mixer, you might need to add a splash of milk to help with blending.
