3 Smoothies with Hidden Veggies

These recipes are extremely versatile, feel free to adjust them to best match your taste & energy needs.

Tropical Mango Spinach Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1/2 ripe banana (optional, freeze beforehand for extra creaminess)

  • 1 handful of fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 - 1 cup water milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Directions:

  • Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.

  • Adjust the water or milk for desired texture.

Classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup strawberries

  • 1 banana (for thicker texture, use frozen banana)

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 - 1 cup milk of choice

  • 1 tbsp. honey

Instructions:

  • Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.

  • If using sliced frozen bananas, blend those first then add remaining ingredients.

Creamy Cocoa Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup milk of your choice

  • 1 handful of spinach

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder

  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Ice cubes (optional, for extra thickness)

Instructions:

  • In a blender, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. If desired, add ice cubes for extra thickness.
