Top with grilled chicken or pair with brats or burgers.

Ingredients:

  • 16 oz. of your favorite pasta. We used angel hair, butterfly & penne work great!

  • 1 bunch spinach or arugala, chopped

  • Feta cheese

  • Sun-dried tomatoes

  • Artichoke hearts

    Optional

  • Pine nuts or sliced almonds

  • Protein of choice : This goes great with grilled chicken, brats, or burgers

Dressing:

  • 1/4 cup White wine vinegar

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil

  • 3 tbsp. Water

  • 4 cloves Garlic

  • 2 tbsp. Dried basil

  • 2 tsp. Salt

  • 1 tsp. Pepper

Directions:

  • In a large pot, heat up water and cook pasta according to package instructions.

  • While pasta is cooking, mix the ingredients for your dressing.

  • Drain pasta, add dressing and optional toppings.

  • Enjoy!
