Big Batch Turkey Burgers
Ingredients:
3 lb. 93 Lean ground turkey
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Mayo
6 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients. Form into patties.
Heat up a large skillet to medium heat, spray with non-stick spray.
Press & flatten patties on the skillet. Using your thumb, press down in the center of the patty making a little dent.
Cook 3-5 minutes per side, flipping when nicely browned.
Burgers are fully cooked when they reach 165 degrees.
Take off the skillet, set aside and let cool before placing in the fridge.
Serve with your favorite burger toppings.
This makes a ton of burgers! Store in an air tight container for up to a week.
