Big Batch Turkey Burgers

Cook once, eat multiple times!

You’ll have a weeks worth of protein options in less than 20 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb. 93 Lean ground turkey

  • 1 cup Panko bread crumbs

  • 3 tbsp. Mayo

  • 6 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  • 3 tsp. Salt

  • 1/2 tsp. Pepper

Directions:

  • Mix all the ingredients. Form into patties.

  • Heat up a large skillet to medium heat, spray with non-stick spray.

  • Press & flatten patties on the skillet. Using your thumb, press down in the center of the patty making a little dent.

  • Cook 3-5 minutes per side, flipping when nicely browned.

  • Burgers are fully cooked when they reach 165 degrees.

  • Take off the skillet, set aside and let cool before placing in the fridge.


    Serve with your favorite burger toppings.

    This makes a ton of burgers! Store in an air tight container for up to a week.
