2 Ingredient Salsa Chicken
Ingredients:
4-5 chicken breast
1-1.5 cups of your favorite salsa
Directions:
Layer chicken breast on the bottom of a slow cooker.
Top with salsa. You want enough that your chicken is mostly covered.
Cook for 2-3 hours on high, or 4-5 hours on low. *This will depend on your slow cooker and the overall thickness of the chicken.
Check to see if the chicken is tender, internal temperature should be at 165.
Using two forks, shred the chicken and enjoy!
You can use this salsa chicken several different ways. Goes great with tacos, burritos, on top of salads, as a base for enchiladas. Plenty of options to get you through the week!
