Roasted Salmon + Sweet Potato Bowls with Spicy Mayo

Instructions
cook the sweet potatoes
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Toss the cubed sweet potatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl or ziploac bag until well coated.
Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast the sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until they are tender and slightly golden. Stir halfway through for even cooking.

Roast the salmon in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
make spicy mayo sauce
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lime juice, honey, and salt.
Adjust the level of spiciness to your liking.
assemble the bowls
